Giuseppe Rossi Joins Levante On Season Loan

Levante has confirmed Giuseppe Rossi has joined their ranks, but on loan.
Rossi joined the liga club from Fiorentina after struggling to return to fitness following his latest knee injury.
The former Villarreal man insists he’s joining the club to return back to fitness.
“Levante and Fiorentina have reached an agreement for the signing of Giuseppe Rossi until the end of the season,” a statement released by the Spanish club on Friday confirmed.
Rossi revealed to supporters on Twitter that he was saddened to be leaving the Artemio Franchi but was desperate to get back to playing regularly.
“I’m the first to be disappointed because I owe a debt to the Fiorentina fans,” Rossi said. “I gave my all in everything I’ve done, from therapy to training in recent times, because I wanted to continue to give them emotions on the pitch. But it’s hard to do when chances are few and far between.
“Football is life for me, and if you take that away from me I can never be happy. I hope that you and the Fiorentina fans can understand me because I want to smile again. I’ll always keep the Viola in my heart, and I can never forget the goosebumps you gave me on Sundays.”
Rossi excelled with Villarreal during his previous spell in La Liga, before he twice damaged knee ligaments in a 12-month period prior to his move to Fiorentina.

Lukaku, Stones And Barkley Are Not Leaving - Martinez

Roberto Martinez  Everton coach,  maintains his stand and will not be selling Lukaku, Stones or Barkley.
Chelsea were rejected a number of times when they approached Everton for Stones, and with the club still interested and United also hoping to get the defender, he could be on his way out.
Barkley on the other hand, is still being chased by United, who are ready to splurge. And despite Lukaku, who has scored 19 times in 27 matches revealing he wants to play champions league football, Martinez maintains none will be leaving.
“We could go on and on – maybe you’ll take three hours talking about our young players,” he said.
“None of our young players who have been performing well will leave in January – January is not a window to bring instability.
“It will take you three hours because we have a long, long list and we look forward to them playing until the end of the season and enjoying their football.”

No One Is Leaving Southampton This Month - Koeman

Southampton coach Ronald Koeman,  has revealed that no player will be leaving the club despite the arrival of Austin.
The acquisition of the QPR striker has prompted talk of Koeman selling Shane Long to Liverpool or Mane to United.
Koeman however has stated there will be no player leaving the club.
“We brought one player in and nobody will go out,” the former Barcelona defender told reporters. “I keep that until January 31. You know my answer but maybe I have to repeat it 80 times more.”
Koeman confirmed Austin could make his debut on Saturday against Manchester United and hopes he can emulate Jose Fonte and Graziano Pelle in becoming a late-blooming international player while at St Mary’s.
“He’s very hungry, he wants to play at the highest level,” Koeman said. “He wants to develop, he’s still only 26, and he’d like to get back in the national team.
“People come to Southampton knowing they can get involved in national teams – Jose Fonte and Graziano Pelle got theirs aged 29. It’s interesting for players to come to Southampton, they know they will improve and develop.
“We signed him because he has played and scored in the Premier League. He’s at a fantastic age to make a new start and he gives us competition at the front of our team.
“I was a little worried because Charlie had a hamstring injury before we signed him, but he had all the medical tests and took part in all the training sessions this week.
“We had to test him to know he is available and on his fitness tests he is as good as the rest of the players. I wasn’t expecting it so quickly but it’s nice to be surprised. He will be in the squad this weekend.”
