For the 4th-time in a row, HBO’s
Game Of Thrones has claimed the record of the most pirated show on TV, with an estimated 14.4 million downloads via torrents.
Way back in second place is AMC’s horror drama series
Walking Dead, with CBS’
The Big Bang Theory a close 3rd.
Game of Thrones‘ downloads via torrent far exceeded its number of traditional TV views, which stands at just over 8 million.
A pair of shows based in the DC Universe,
Arrow and
The Flash, rounded out the top 5 with 3.9 million and 3.6 million downloads respectively.
