Daughter Of Arrested AVM Atawodi, Uneku, Lashes Out At President Buhari

Following the arrest of Air Vice Marshall Salihu Atawodi by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, his daughter, Uneku has lashed out against the Presidency.

 Atawodi was arrested over the fraudulent awarding of N60o million reportedly used to purchase war boats, and had already been on the anti-graft agency’s radars for almost 2 years.


Atawodi has been in the custody of the EFCC since Wednesday, and daughter Uneku, who has made a name for herself as a successful polo player, took to Twitter to criticize his arrest.
She claimed her father’s arrest was nothing more than a personal vendetta on President Buhari’s part, accusing him of breaking the laws and not respecting her father’s sacrifices.
