Most Popular TV Shows Named Are Game Of Thrones, Narcos

A survey by content surveyors Parrot Analytics has named HBO’s Game Of Thrones as the most popular TV show right now.

 The medieval drama was tops by a large margin in the survey, which measured shows’ demands on video sharing platforms, social media platforms and much more.
Netflix’s Pablo Escobar-based series Narcos was second-placed, even though Netflix’s head of content acquisition, Ted Sarandos believed they deserved first place.
“We’re pleased to take the number two spot, but think it’s number one because they don’t measure all the devices,” Sarandos was quoted as saying.
HBO and Netflix dominated the top 5, with HBO’s True Detective & Ballers at 3rd and 5th, while Netflix’s award-winning drama Orange Is The New Black was at 4th.
